Review of the Zopa, Smart Saver:

Couldn't be happier with Zopa!

I've used Zopa for several years now and couldn't be happier with the level of service provided, so much so that I recommended Zopa to my husband and he is a customer now too! What I particularly love about the Smart Saver is my ability to have different pots for all my different savings needs. Even better is the opportun -ity to choose different interest rates for my savings, the rates increasing the longer I'm happy to put my savings away for. It's super easy to set up the pots, move money into and out of them to and from your nominated account and also, between pots if you want to boost your interest. I must say that the Zopa app is probably the best banking app I use, easy to use with clear advice on how to perform all the functions. The level of communication is also excellent, with regular and timeous emails. The standout for me has been Zopa's willingness to increase interest rates as the B of E did, holding its customers in high regard and awarding their loyalty, unlike so many of the other banks. Review of the Aviva, Home Insurance:

No complaints whatsoever

We've had home insurance (contents and buildings) with Aviva for the last few years. We always search comparison sites to see if a better deal exists but our renewal quote is always very competitive and so we stay with Aviva. The service we've received is good : communications are timely and clear. We'd be quite happy to have all our insurances with Aviva and I don't think we can say fairer than that! Speedy, efficient on the ball with Interest rate rises

I have been bowled over by how quickly Zopa has responded to interest rates increases by increasing its rates for savers. It rewarding me has meant I’ve reciprocated and stayed loyal.
