When i first invested it remained stagnant for a year, but once the economy recovered returns have been good. I used the investement reward offer and this was a very easy process. My main point of feedback would be to make the different investment plans be able to be veiwed side by side to compare stats, rather than in seperate booklets Reviewed on: 12th March 2024

Flexible, Top interest rates and friendly customer service

I have been with them for approx. half a year. Thought this time they have consistently had one of the highest interest rates compared to other flexible savings accounts. They have an amazing feature where you can boost your interest rate by locking away the money with a set notice period (7, 31 or 95 days). This is an amazing feature to get that little bit extra interest when you don't need your money instantly and I frequently use it. They also have amazing customer service, with it being very easy to live chat with an agent for a large part of the day. All of the help I have received has been very informative and useful.
