Review of the Metro Bank, Business Banking:

A plain and simple Business Bank - perfect

When I set up as a self employed architectural design consultant in 2020, I looked around at the products and banks available to me - Metro Bank seemed to be the right fit for my needs. Opening the account was straightforward, even during the tricky Covid times we were going through. I provided all the necessary documents to prove who I was and what my business was about, and the account was opened for me with minimal fuss. I rarely go into branch, but when I do the staff are always very helpful. The banking app is very easy to use for most purposes. My account is also linked to my accounting software, which makes filing tax really straightforward. My experience of Metro Bank has been a straight talking, no nonsense bank, and one I'd recommend to others looking to open a business account. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
