Review of the Zopa, Smart Saver:

Such a user-friendly account with great rates!

We have been really happy with our Zopa Smart Saver account. We are using it to house the savings that we have set aside for house renovations and have some money in an easy access pot, and the rest in another pot which requires some notice for withdrawals. The availability of different savings pots attracting different interest rates provides some great flexibility to spread savings according to how quickly access is required, with the advantage of higher rates in those pots where immediate access is not required. It’s been so easy to add and withdraw funds, and I’ve been really pleased that Zopa have increased their rates as the Bank of England has increased the base rate - it shows a forward-thinking bank which is keen to maintain the loyalty of its customers. I have already recommended this account to a friend, who has been equally happy having opened his Smart Saver recently! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
