Review of the Metro Bank, Business Banking:

Not just a faceless call centre

I've had lots of business bank accounts over the years I have run businesses and each one starts off promising the world with a named person who manages your account but in time the branch closes and you are inevitably passed on to a call centre. But with Metro Bank I was introduced to my account manager when I opened the account and whilst I don't call in that often when I have done it's nice to see them and they remember your name and know all about your business and how they can help. It's been a refreshing experience and on those odd occasions a pleasure to visit the branch. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
