Transparent, easy and fair.

I have been with Zopa almost since the beginning. I was disappointed when the peer to peer lending finished and it became a bank. However I am pleased with the rates offered and think Zopa are fair in that they constantly update in line with rising interest rates. Everything is very clear and easy to understand and access.
