Brilliant app and customer service

The staff when opening a husiness account where incredibly profesional and informative, and they printed out the business account card there and then. The banking app is wonderful easy too, I just only have 2 minor issues with it; firstly, you cannot view inbound payment reference messages on the app, only on the online website and secondly, they stopped allowing the use of special characters in payment references in recent weeks, this is problematic in my business where a letting agents that manages shared houses has to use house number (dot) room number and Road initials to identify rent payments. Since this silly ban on special characters, the payments now look untidy and more difficult to interpret. Havjng said that, the app and bank are truly wonderful and I have no intention of leaving, everything is clear, simple and effortless. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
