What banking should be like

How refreshing to have moved to Metro where they have a proper relationship manager who actually takes an interest and responds to enquiries really quickly. Prior to this we were with Lloyds who decided they didn't need relationship managers and we could deal with a call centre instead who knew nothing about our business or industry and were pretty useless at dealing with queries Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
