I tried to set up a new business current account last April 2022. I phoned through my details and advised the customer care assistant that I would like the account to be set up by the end of April in time for me to start invoicing for my new business. At the time of writing this review, 1 year later, I have still not received a communication back advising on the status of my application. Needless to say I went elsewhere to open an account, which is an awful shame as I currently hold Santander standard current account and savers account. I even had mortgages in the past and have never had any issues. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Very Easy To Set Up

I went into the Harrow on the Hill branch to set up an account as I was struggling with the online set up. The assistant made us very at ease with the application and I got my wife an I am account set up there and then. I popped back into the branch a couple of weeks later to pick up my card and set up my PIN. It could not have been an easier process. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
