Banking how its meant to be

Having been with 2 of the major high street banks for over 50 years I got fed up with their lack of customer awareness, value, and loyalty, I opened a Metro bank business and personal account, it was as refreshing as a fine spring day, treated with respect by the nicest of staff nothing is to much trouble opening hours fantastic, banking as it used to be and should be, Other banks must have their heads buried in the sand not to see your business model. well done all of you.
