Quite Good - but!

Quite Good - but! Generally I think they provide a good service, and the price is pretty reasonable. When I added and then removed my car from my insurance with moderate ease. BUT the app is pretty useless, can’t make any changes using it which would be really handy. AND when I moved they were asking me loads of questions about my new flat that I couldn’t possibly know, eg roof material, and they suggest ‘Tiles’ even though I said it was a FLAT roof but they couldn’t suggest another material it could be made of. It would be better if they had some knowledge of likely building materials if they are going to ask those sorts of questions people are unlikely to know themselves. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Really worth it!

I’ve not had the app for alone, but it’s absolutely amazing! It has completely revolutionise my relationship with money, now I feel good when I spend less rather than getting more things! I saved money within about five minutes of downloading the app, from being able to see re-occurring transactions and cancelling some direct debits I didn’t even know I had!
