A bank with people you can talk to

We have been trading for nearly 25 years and wanted to buy another company, during the process we needed to set up a bank account. Despite all our history our old bank said no as we didn't meet their security requirements. We weren't looking for a loan or overdraft just an account. We went in and spoke with Metro bank, they let us know what they needed and we were able to provide everything the decision was made in 24 hours and we had the account. Needless to say we also moved our existing accounts over to metro, Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
