Customer service difference

Metro Bank’s approach to CS makes a huge difference. I have several business accounts with other banks and the service I get from Metro is the best. We all have problems with banking, it is how they are resolved and how quickly you are understood. The transaction on on-line banking is provided by technology, the important stuff to me is how the bank respond to problems. Metro answer your call, you interact with a human and the experience is pleasant. It is easy to say you care about your customers, proving it is a different matter. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
