Accommodating Bank

After having our HSBC account suddenly closed we were constantly shunned by the big High Street banks. Metro Bank came to our rescue and couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating of our small village Cricket Club. Well done Metro Bank , a lesson to the other big hitters on how to provide customer service. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
