Not insurance just heart ache.

Don't waste your money no customer service they just pass the buck, the people on the phones just seem to look up a list of replays and pick one.nobody takes responsibility. The legal team I was given was minster law to call them cowboys is derogatory to cowboys. Total useless lie telling wide boys. Please don't waste your time and money if you do your be sorry. I'm off to take some advice from a proper insurance company. And the ombudsman can deal with minster law. There should be a law to stop clowns posing as solicitor's and insurance brokers.
