The only high street bank that cares about small business

I spoke to all the traditional high street banks and a couple of online only banks to setup an account for my new business, you would think this would be easy but no - the new online banks are great if you have a simple business but not interested in anything more complex and the high street banks are simply not interested at all. Metro was the only bank to actually call me, the account manager could not have been more helpful and we were up and running within a week. After 4 months, I could not be happier, the service is amazing and they actually care about small businesses. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
