breath of fresh air for british banking

After trying 4 of the main British high street banks, over a number of years, it was a very pleasant surprise to walk into Metro bank and be be genuinely pleased and upbeat about the welcome i had and their attitude to me as a new customer. Surprising i know, but the other banks, didn't really seem to care that i was looking for a new bank and what could they offer. I have been with them for 4 years and cant sing their praises high enough and recommend them to all my friends. Miles and miles ahead of all the other main UK banks. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
