Good customer service

My experience after a couple of years is that this is a solid account, backed up by good customer service but an over zealous fraud team. It’s not unusual to get multiple transactions flagged for follow up, sometimes in the same week and have to wait hours for a call.. Slows things up. So, solid but not quick. Easy peasy

An efficient and quick app based savings account. Set up had a small delay of a few days as my account details were not showing, so I couldn’t make any transfers but ultimately resolved. Decent savings rates, definitely worth consideration Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
