Great customer service

We are delighted with the customer service at the Monmouthshire. The staff are kind and patient and always have time to talk through our queries. The branch (in Swansea) is open every Saturday morning, so we can always get there even if working. The products give us the return and flexibility we need. All our family has accounts at the Monmouthshire and we are all delighted. Reviewed on: 20th July 2024

I LOVE Metro Bank, I receive a personalized service. I don't have to use online banking or call the call center unless I opt to. I can always speak to someone on the phone or go in to the branch and see an advisor. This is how banking should be. They are fantastic. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
