I opened a account with metro recently and I cannot fault them from the moment I walked in the branch, I was offered a coffee, everyone was polite. My mother just recently passed away to so I wasn't my usual self and the staff were amazing with me, one lady took the time to stop and just held my hand as i cried, in just doing that I felt like I was with a kind hearted human being not just a bank who wants your money. After we had finished and was about to say goodbye, she came out with a bunch of flowers which I was so grateful for that i had to hug her. She really didn't have to do that and that's why I have to give this branch in particular the praise they so well deserve. Especially to the lady Stuti at newport South wales branch. If every branch has people like her working there, then Metro deserves to be the best British bank. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
