As an older person who took a while to get into online banking, I find Zopa very easy to use. Can transfer funds to linked bank accounts within 10-20 minutes. Good communication through emails. Multiple savings pots, which I love. Competitive interest rates. Highly recommend! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
