Review of the Metro Bank, Business Banking:

Quality Service with a Personal Touch.......very rare these days!!

I am a remote business customer of Metro Bank living in the Highlands of Scotland, with my nearest local Metro branch being based in Manchester. As a result, all my contact is mainly telephone based when I have had to discuss anything & I have to say that on each & every occasion it is been an absolute pleasure dealing with any of Meto's Business Banking Team. They are always polite, patient & courteous when handing any of my queries & have always delivered outstanding customer care & focus, always asking whether they can address me by my Christian name in-order to make the whole experience more personal, relaxed & informal, which I've always noted as a nice touch! During my account set up migrating away from a well know high street customer heavy competitor during 2021 every member of staff took my points on board & went above & beyond to ensure that the account set up was as seamless as possible & I can only but thank them for an excellent customer experience!!
