Metro Bank is super friendly and provides excellent customer service.

I have enjoyed banking with Metro Bank over the years. Their customer service is friendly and approachable, I also appreciate the diversity of employees that reflects the customers who walk in the door! One of the biggest points, they are open on weekends which is REALLY helpful. Metro Bank caters to the clients and their needs which is why I have bank accounts there! Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
