Great banking experience every time

I also bank with Lloyds because i share a joint account with the wife. Whenever i visit a lloyds branch, you are lined up like cattle, customer service is next to zero and the branch looks like it has not left the 1990s in terms of look. You feel an austere vibe. I also bank with Metro and visiting a metro branch on the other hand is like not visiting a bank branch at all. You are seated on arrival. I was even asked if i wanted some coffee the other day. Staff are always polite. There is so much natural light in most branches. They are even open until late and even on Sundays. I hope the wife listens and moves the account to Metro.
