Friendliest bank

I have been banking with metro for about 7 years now, and it has got to be one of the friendliest banks I have ever been to whilst maintaining professionalism. Any issue with my current account is sorted out immediately, i get a new card printed on the same day if I lose it and there always open which is convenient for me as a university student and a full time worker. I really can’t complain. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
