My experience with Metro Bank

I always receive first class customer service as a continued customer of Metro Bank. Not only is the smart phone banking app easy to use and professional it means I don’t have to go to the bank to control my account. What impresses me the most is the smart safe security measures put in place that prevent me from being a victim of both hacking and theft the virtual controlled environment and the ability to have both a cash and debit card under one account help protect me as a customer. The branch itself is clean well designed well run and architectural a great place to conduct business and banking of any nature. They are quick to help and assist and always provide the best service that I have ever received in comparison with Barclays Halifax and Santander. As a continued customer I will always recommend Metro Bank on the basis of the service that I have and continue to receive. The most professional Bank in Watford to date, and possibly the whole country. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
