Excellence Personified

From the moment I first walked through the doors, I knew I would be a life- long customer. Mine was an experience that changed my perception of banks as drab hallways where you simply get on with your financial transactions. Indeed, I felt welcome at Metro, who wouldn’t? The inviting doors usher you into a well -decorated modern lounge that contrasts beautifully with the traditional exterior architecture. But the bank isn’t only about decor… it offers a well- rounded experience; the staff are warm, courteous and professional. They are also knowledgeable and very helpful with the several questions I field. More importantly, I receive the same treatment each time I visit. Consistency is certainly key; little wonder Metro Bank in a relatively short period has earned such a solid reputation as a major player in the UK banking sector.
