Great Customer Care

Visit Bexleyheath store and received very helpful service. Gurdev was extremely proficient, supportive and patient with us especially as my family had had a bereavement. It’s good to know some banks still have people to people interface and that’s one of the reasons I love about MetroBank. Staff are personable yet accountable, professional yet attentive. Thank you.
