Review of the Metro Bank, Current account:

Friendly and efficient service.

Myself and my partner couldn’t believe how complicated other banks (that we already bank with) were handling a basic request. We also couldn’t find anywhere that the staff will sit with you in person as opposed to asking you to call their online banking. Metro just got it all dealt with on site. They are also open for more accommodating hours for people who work full time. We’re glad we found Metro! Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
