Colleagues take the time to listen and help

I love how at Metro Bank you can walk in with an issue and within the hour this can be sorted and you leave with all information needed, where other banks this would take up to weeks or sometimes months. Metro Bank are there for their customers and show a genuine care for the communities, making it a safe place for people to visit for advice. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
