Smooth experience and good rates

I wanted to sign up for an easy saving account with good rates. I chose ZOPA and I'm satisfied. The saving account is easy to setup. The user interface is pretty good. The saving rates are good and you also have several options (so-called 'boosts') that block your money for a certain period in exchange of a higher rate. Two things that could be improved: it usually takes 20 minutes for the cash to appear into your savings account (I would expect transfers to be instant); as a first-time user, I struggled a bit to add my nominated accounts (i.e. my current accounts that I use to transfer cash from/to the saving account). For this reason, I gave ZOPA 4 stars. I still have to test the withdrawal process. With a couple of little improvement, this company can become a jewel - good job so far! Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
