Friendly and easy to deal with

Over the last few years I have found the staff at all of the Metrobanks I have walked in to to be friendly and accommodating and usually are pretty good at being able to resolve whatever my inquiry has been. There have been a few instances where resolutions for particular problems have been harder to come by but overall I have been very happy with my accounts there. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
