Stepchange saved my life

Stepchange saved my life as i was in despair, scared and stressed. They helped me get organised and still made it affordable so i could live. They contacted all the companies i owed money to and negotiated the payment plan, i feel.more in control and i know I have an end date to becoming debt free. Other companies wanted to charge me, but i couldnt afford anything. Step change helped me free and it was a life saver. I cant thank them enough. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

Efficient, Friendly and Repsonsive

I love Metro Bank for its ease of use. Its so easy to apply for an account online and when my card had issues, i went instore and they printed one there and then and reset my pin so easily. Its a really good mix of being able to go online and do things for myself and actually speaking to a real person when i need to. The queues in the bank were well managed so i didn't have to wait long - they were friendly and helpful and they didn't make me feel like i was wasting their time and i didn't have to book an appointment and come back days later - they helped me there and then. i have since recommended at least 3 people to join who were looking to change banks - and i would continue to recommend them.
