I feel respected as a customer of Metro Bank. I am greeted personally, sometimes taken to a desk for a one to one. I have been offered coffee; they have a customer toilet and biscuits for my dog. When I first opened my account my details were verified in branch at the time and I left with a bank account and a bank account card. Exceptional customer service that made me feel valued in my choice to bank with them. I had been recommended by a friend and the experience they described was totally true to the experience I had.
