Still can't use my bank account

I would like to vote that Metro Bank are the worst bank ever I can't even access my money because I haven't given them physical ID I am to visit my local branch they advise I live in Norfolk and my nearest branch is in Essex! The world lately just seems to be going mad what nutter nominated this clown bank? Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
