Beyond excellence

I went to Metro bank to open a new business account. Within a few hours my Business account was up and running. Within 24 hours of opening my account, I had my cheque book, debit card ready for collection from the Branch. Service was excellent, with all the staff with a attitude of Can Do. My advice to all new start ups, go to Metro Bank who will have no hesitation to open a account for your new business. I initially approached Barclays Bank with whom i have a personal account for more than 25 years. It took Barclays bank almost 8 weeks to come back to me with a decision of not willing to open a Business account for my new business. Very frustrating as I had spent a lot of time chasing the department for a decision. My only regret is of not going to Metro Bank in the first Instance. Thank you Metro Bank and its staff.
