Straight forward to open an account

I am a trustee of a charity and we had to open a new account with Metro. I am one of the signatories. I popped into the Metro Bank in Bath on a Saturday afternoon and, having explained why I was there, I was allocated an efficient young man who asked me a series of questions and checked my identity. He then emailed the information to the branch in Kent where the account is based, A very good experience and on a Saturday afternoon too! Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
