Review of the Policy Expert, Home insurance:

Excellent cover, excellent service, excellent price!

This is the 3rd consecutive year that I have insured my home and contents with Policy Expert. So far I have yet to find the same level of cover with another company for less - this year with all extras like key cover, home emergency, legal expenses, etc. they were still over £15 cheaper than the comparison websites. In previous years Policy Expert have also bettered quotes from elsewhere. Other than at policy renewal, I have not heard anything from them which, in my opinion, is a good thing - no marketing or hard selling phonecalls! When I have spoken with them, their staff have always been clear, concise, professional and friendly. I have no qualms about recommending Policy Expert to friends, family or anyone - in fact, two of my colleagues have also insured their homes and contents with them! Reviewed on: 18th June 2018
