Used to be fabulous

Used to be one of the best of the new retail banks but sadly not what I used to be. Customer services now appears to be broken down into different departments and you spend ages hanging on the phone waiting for someone who's trained for your particular question. I know they could do better. One of my pet issues is that the personal accounts aren't integrated with sage or xero. Simple money control

Starling have a brilliant app that is well thought out easy to use and reliable. I've only had to ring customer services once over a cheque transaction that wasn't clear and it was resolved in a few minutes. Having used all the major banks for various businesses - starling have been trouble free and actually do what a bank is supposed to do. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
