Excellent savings provider

I have had a Zopa account for a while now and it’s been great. The transactions are simple and easy to make. It also keeps me updated about how much ISA allowance I have left. I have had no problems at all and it is also a very useful feature to be able to open multiple pots for different savings purposes. Very happy. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Very good and straightforward service

Top marks for Zooa

I have been using Zopa for good few months and it is really good. The rates are great and the app is just amazing- a seamless no-nonsense process. It is so easy to top up the account and withdraw the money, never had any problems. Reviewed on: 8th December 2024

Have been using the app for a while and it has good...

Have been using the app for a while and it has good information and prompts. However when I was meant to claim their voucher through a qualifying purchase it took a long time for customer service to resolve. Also the charge for app version is too expensive and I cannot see much benefit of the paid version when there is similar information available for free elsewhere. Reviewed on: 18th February 2024
