Always able to help

I’ve experienced a few issues with my banking including with online banking but metro have had my back every time. I’ve always been able to easily call their hotline and their team are always incredibly accommodating and helpful when it comes to resolving issues quickly. Going into a branch there is always somebody there to greet me and take me to whoever is available and able to help. Overall a very very good bank and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
