Loans and personal banking.

I had a quick decision for a loan and money was in my account the same day. I also bank with Zopa and they are brilliant. The app is so easy to use even I can do it and that’s saying something. If you need customer services (which I have only used once in past 7 years) they always seem friendly and polite as if your the only person that matters while you are talking to them. I can’t fault Zopa for personal banking and loan decisions, go on give them a try. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026
