Customer service

Metro Bank provided customer service and assistance like no other bank. I was looking to opening a community account for an organisation I volunteer for. No other bank would assist us unless we opened an account online first. Metro bank to the time to talk us through the steps and application in a face to face meeting. The account is now set up and we have made our first deposit. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
