Perfect banking experience Colchester branch

Metro bank is just what we need in a bank. Very friendly helpful staff open longer hours and open on Sundays is so important for us. We can get to speak to a member of staff the minute we walk into the branch they have always got a smile and get right to any problem we may have and get it sorted with no problem. The manager even came to introduce himself while we opened our account and got us both a cup of coffee while our bank cards were being printed. Also the coin exchange machine is important to us. Other bonus’s are free pens lollipops for children and somewhere to sit for a while if needed. We recommend this bank to everyone. Dennis and jane Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
