StepChange has changed my life completely. They have been in constant contact with me throughout the whole procedure. The website has been easy to use. Everything has all been explained a long the way. Customer service is second to none. I have found StepChange to be a reliable and trustworthy organisation. A first class company. Zopa dealt with my loan application in a very professional manner. Nothing was forced on me. The whole process was done with the utmost integrity and communication with Zopa was beyond excellent. I would have no trouble recommending Zopa to my friends.
