Awful insurance company

I have a black box with these morons, I wasn’t contacted for the first 4-5 months about anything, didn’t hear a thing, all of a sudden I’m issued with a first warning out of the blue, then received an message about going over mileage, so I rang back to pay and they told me that their system was down, and that they would put a note on my policy to call me back either the same day or the next day. IVE WAITED A BLOODY WEEK, and not heard a thing from them, until I open an email fro... Reviewed on: 19th June 2018
