Worse bank I've ever known

Is this really a bank, staff are rude, made a complaint as I had missed a digit from an account number but cash plus still held our money (£3570) for over 2 months, (they have still only partially refunded us) Complaint was upheld and they offered us £50 compensation which we rejected and asked them to send back our £3570 which they said they couldn't do front line staff then said to us and I quote " if moneys so tight right now I suggest you grab the 50 quid" The fact they took our money with a 7 digit account number is rediculous (I hold up.to the fact it was my mistake) but to keep it for this length of time is shocking and at this time.we are still.waiting on 1500 to be returned.
