Just a great experience.

I found the whole process of opening my account, transferring money, customer service and general help to be top notch. I have found the whole experience to be very easy and fuss free. On top of that they have some of the best interest rates out there. The app is particularly good and very easy to use. I had banked with the same company for years and I was slightly skeptical about moving my savings as like a lot of people I was uncertain about change. I needn't have worried and I would be perfectly at ease referring anyone to a Chase savings account Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

More Interest in one year than the last Five.

When the Chase account was first introduced i signed up straight away. So i had been looking to move my savings from a well known High Street bank to an account that would give me a good Interest rate. Easier said than done until Chase came along. Pretty much all the high Street Banks were offering the same levels for your savings and very little had changed for some years. I liked the idea of being able to move my money easily, have a good interest rate, the account is easy to use, the App is easy and user friendly, It was a no brainer and I have made more interest in one year than the previous five with my old bank.
