It's like getting into Fork Knox!

For 3 years I was unable to use my account online and had to resort to the telephone only. The app never works on my phone and never seems to work. When I called customer service to change my telephone number I was informed to "do it online" but could not as I needed my phone to send a text to get in. Impossible! Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
