Refreshing banking experience among many high street banks who have struggled to give a proper digital experience. Customer support is amazing. App is top class. Offers are what people need at the moment instead of random ones. Best choice I have ever made on Chase. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2025

Best Digital bank ever

Chase is a breath of fresh air in the banking world in UK. Secure and fast app which does everything for you. Customer service is also via the app which is again excellent. I cannot say how much time it saves and the look and feel of the app and the functionality it brings on. I am just in love with the app and the products.
